Delivery Process

Items are dispatched with 2nd Class Royal Mail postal method, it will take 1-5 days for an item to be delivered, but in rare cases it can take up to 10 days. (It can take 3-15 days for an item to be delivered outside Uk)

Return Process

Within 7 days after receiving your parcel, we offer a No-hassle 7 days exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with the item. Please note: We cannot issue a refund or replacement until we have received the original item back.
